iPhone held its first event of 2022 on March 9, Beijing time. The price of iPhone13 series remains unchanged, with a green color scheme. The long-rumored iPhone SE 3 made its debut, and a new Mac Studio workstation powered by the M1 Ultra chip was unveiled. First up was the expected iPhone SE 3, which has a similar mold to its predecessors: a 4.7-inch LCD display, a single-camera system on the back and a touch ID. Internally, the SE 3 uses Apple's latest A15 bionic chip, which supports 5G and can play up to 15 hours of video. It comes in midnight, starlight and red, has the same glass as the iPhone13 series, a 12 megapixel camera, and is IP67 dustproof and waterproof. The iPad and monitor lines also have new family members. A new addition to the iPad Air family was also unveiled at the event. It looks similar to the previous iPad Air, with a 10.9-inch retina display, a primary color display, and a P3 wide color gambit. It also has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens on the back, a front-facing camera for video calls, a character center function, and a two-fold increase in USB-C speed. The case is made of 100% recycled aluminum, compatible with the second-generation Apple Pencil and smart keyboard. The surprise is that instead of the A15 chip, the new iPad Air uses the same M1 chip as the iPad Pro. The Mac line also received a refresh, with Apple unveiling the Mac Studio, a mobile workstation, and its new M1 Ultra chip. The M1 Ultra simply connects two M1 Max chips together in a fixed package structure. Compared to the traditional motherboard connecting two chips, this method can effectively reduce performance and energy loss, and maximize performance. Finally, Apple unveiled the Studio Display at the event. The 27-inch monitor features a 5K retina display, 10 bit color depth, and a P3 wide color gamut.
